PODA-Pakistan in collaboration with National Endowment for Democracy organized a webinar on Effective Leadership of Women in Decision-Making in a COVID-19 Pakistan to celebrate International Women’s Day on 8th March 2021. The objective of the webinar was to deliberate how women in Pakistan have played their effective role during the pandemic and which kind of challenges they have faced. Thirty-one rural women leaders from twenty-two districts participated in the webinar.
