PODA organized a consultative meeting on 7th March 2023, at its Lahore office. The purpose of the session was to inform senior lawyers about PODA’s new project on “Reducing Early Marriages to Enhance Gender Equality”. The session was chaired by Advocate Sabahat Rizvi, the first ever woman elected to the post of General Secretary, Lahore High Court Bar Association. PODA’s team shared that this project will be implemented in the Punjab province in next three years and will engage health professionals, teachers and relevant stakeholders.
