PODA’s Multan Team with the support of The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Islamabad under the project “Reduce Early Marriages to Enhance Gender Equality” conducted sessions with various stakeholders, including community members, LHWs, teachers, politicians, social activists, members of the Press Club, religious leaders, and lawyers at Bar Association in village Chah Pulliya, Union Council 36G, Rahim Yar Khan on 24th July. The purpose of the session was to garner support for the promotion of reducing early marriages, advocating for equal opportunities for girls, and raising awareness about the negative impact of early marriages on girls’ health and the need for reducing such practices.
